1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EUGAD Bathroom Wall Cabinet. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your new cabinet. Please read it thoroughly before assembly and keep it for future reference.

1.1 Safety Information

• Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 20 kg.
• The LED lighting is IP44 rated for water and dust resistance; however, avoid direct water spray.
• Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance on the LED light.
• Assembly should be performed by at least two people for safety.
• Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type to ensure secure mounting.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Tools Required

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Drill
• Measuring tape
• Pencil
• Level
• Hammer (for wall anchors)

3.2 Assembly Steps

1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage or missing parts against the package contents list.
2. Assemble Frame: Follow the detailed instructions in the included installation manual to assemble the main MDF and metal frame of the cabinet. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
3. Attach Hinges and Door: Install the metal hinges onto the cabinet frame and then attach the mirror door. Adjust hinges as necessary to ensure the door closes smoothly and aligns correctly.

4. Install Adjustable Shelf: Place the adjustable shelf into the desired position within the cabinet. The shelf can be adjusted up or down by 6.4 cm to accommodate items of different heights.

5. Attach Hanging Basket and Hook: Secure the removable hanging basket and the metal hook to the designated points on the side of the cabinet.

6. Wall Mounting:
   • Choose a suitable location on your bathroom wall, ensuring it is free from electrical wires or pipes.
   • Mark the drilling points on the wall using the cabinet's mounting holes as a template and a level to ensure accuracy.
   • Drill holes of appropriate size for the wall anchors. Insert the wall anchors.
   • Carefully lift the cabinet and align its mounting holes with the wall anchors. Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached and stable.
7. Connect LED Lighting: Plug the power cable of the LED light into a suitable electrical outlet. The light features an inline switch for easy operation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Mirror and Storage

The cabinet combines a functional mirror with ample storage space. The mirror is ideal for daily grooming, while the interior shelves, open compartment, and side attachments provide organized storage for toiletries and other bathroom essentials.

4.2 LED Lighting Operation

To turn the LED light on or off, use the inline switch located on the power cable. The light provides a bright 4000K white illumination, suitable for humid environments due to its IP44 rating.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the mirror surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and a glass cleaner.
• Clean the cabinet surfaces (MDF and metal) with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Ensure surfaces are dry after cleaning to prevent water spots or damage.

5.2 General Care

• Regularly check all screws and fittings to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Avoid placing excessively heavy items on the shelves or in the basket to prevent damage or instability.
• Do not expose the cabinet to extreme temperature changes or prolonged direct sunlight.
