4.2. FRGB Lighting Control

The pre-installed FRGB fans provide customizable lighting effects. Control of the FRGB lighting is typically managed via a dedicated button on the case's front I/O panel (if available) or through your motherboard's RGB software. Refer to your motherboard's manual for software-based RGB control.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.

5.1. Dust Cleaning

  • Dust Filters: The BitFenix Graph case features removable dust filters (e.g., top, front, bottom). Regularly remove and clean these filters with compressed air or water (ensure they are completely dry before re-installation).
  • Interior: Use compressed air to remove dust from internal components, especially CPU coolers, GPU heatsinks, and fan blades. Perform this cleaning in a well-ventilated area.

5.2. Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior surfaces, including the tempered glass panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • System Not Powering On:
    • Ensure the PSU switch is in the 'ON' position.
    • Check all power connections to the motherboard, CPU, and graphics card.
    • Verify front panel power switch cables are correctly connected to the motherboard.
  • Fans Not Spinning / RGB Not Working:
    • Check fan power cables and RGB connections to the motherboard or fan controller.
    • Ensure RGB software or physical control button is correctly configured.
  • No Display Output:
    • Ensure your monitor is connected to the graphics card (not the motherboard's integrated graphics ports, unless you are using integrated graphics).
    • Reseat the graphics card and RAM modules.

For more complex issues, consult your component manuals or contact BitFenix support.
