3.1 Buttons and Functions

  • Left Click Button: Standard left-click function.
  • Right Click Button: Standard right-click function.
  • Scroll Wheel: Used for vertical scrolling. Supports 4-way scrolling (vertical and horizontal tilt).
  • DPI Button: Adjusts mouse sensitivity (DPI).
  • Forward Button: Navigates forward in web browsers or file explorers.
  • Backward Button: Navigates backward in web browsers or file explorers.
  • Connection Mode Switch Button: Cycles between 2.4GHz USB, Bluetooth 1, and Bluetooth 2 modes.

3.2 LED Indicators

4. Setup and Connection

The INFINMIND mouse supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz USB and two independent Bluetooth channels. You can switch between these modes using the dedicated button on the mouse.

4.1 2.4GHz USB Connection

  1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver in the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
  2. Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch on the bottom.
  4. Press the connection mode switch button until the White LED lights up, indicating 2.4GHz mode.
  5. Your computer should automatically detect and install the mouse. No additional drivers are required.

4.2 Bluetooth Connection (Bluetooth 1 & Bluetooth 2)

You can connect the mouse to two different Bluetooth-enabled devices.

  1. Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch.
  2. Press the connection mode switch button to select either Bluetooth Mode 1 (Blue LED) or Bluetooth Mode 2 (Green LED).
  3. Press and hold the connection mode switch button for 3-5 seconds until the selected LED (Blue or Green) starts flashing rapidly. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
  4. On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  5. Select "INFINMIND Mouse" or a similar name from the list of available devices to pair.
  6. Once paired, the LED will stop flashing and remain steadily lit.
  7. Repeat these steps for the second Bluetooth mode (Bluetooth 2) to connect to another device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse offers 4 adjustable DPI levels to suit different tasks and preferences.

Press the DPI button (located below the scroll wheel) to cycle through the following sensitivity settings:

  • 1000 DPI (Default)
  • 1600 DPI
  • 2400 DPI
  • 3200 DPI

Each press will change the sensitivity, allowing you to find the optimal speed for your work, browsing, or gaming needs.

5.2 4-Way Hyper-Fast Scrolling

The scroll wheel supports both vertical and horizontal scrolling for enhanced navigation.

  • Vertical Scrolling: Roll the scroll wheel up or down to scroll vertically through documents and web pages.
  • Horizontal Scrolling: Tilt the scroll wheel to the left or right to scroll horizontally. This is useful for wide spreadsheets or timelines.

5.3 Multi-Device Switching

To switch between your connected devices:

  • Simply press the Connection Mode Switch Button once.
  • The LED indicator will change (White for 2.4G, Blue for BT1, Green for BT2) to confirm the active connection.

5.4 Side Buttons (Forward/Backward)

The two side buttons provide quick navigation:

  • Press the Forward button to move to the next page in a browser or folder.
  • Press the Backward button to return to the previous page in a browser or folder.

6.1 Rechargeable Model (Y670)

  • Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the mouse for approximately 2 hours.
  • Charging: Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the mouse's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show charging status.
  • Battery Life: A full charge can last up to 60 days with typical use.
  • Auto-Sleep Function: To conserve power, the mouse will enter an auto-sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. Click any button or move the mouse to wake it up.

6.2 Battery-Powered Model (D890)

This model uses two AA batteries.

  • Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the mouse. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
  • Battery Life: The included AA batteries can last up to 40 months, depending on usage and environment.
  • Auto-Sleep Function: To conserve power, the mouse will enter an auto-sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. Click any button or move the mouse to wake it up.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the mouse to conserve battery life. Store in a cool, dry place.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Mouse Not Responding

  • Ensure the mouse is turned ON.
  • Check the battery level (Y670: charge the mouse; D890: replace AA batteries).
  • Verify the correct connection mode is selected (White LED for 2.4G, Blue for BT1, Green for BT2).
  • For 2.4GHz: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • For Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is properly paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.
  • Move the mouse closer to your device to rule out interference.

8.2 Cursor Movement is Erratic or Slow

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.

8.3 Cannot Pair via Bluetooth
