1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Initial Preparation

  1. Carefully remove the vacuum sealer and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the unit on a flat, dry surface.
  3. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. The unit comes with one roll of vacuum bags and 10 pre-cut bags. The roll can be stored within the unit's built-in compartment.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 How to Make a Bag from a Roll

  1. Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  2. Pull out the desired length of bag material from the roll stored inside the unit. Ensure enough length to accommodate your food plus 2-3 inches for sealing.
  3. Place one end of the bag material onto the heating bar.
  4. Close the lid and press the handle down to lock it.
  5. Press the "Seal Only" button. The machine will create a sealed bottom for your custom bag.
  6. Once the sealing process is complete, lift the handle and remove your newly formed bag.

5.2 How to Vacuum Seal Food (Dry/Moist Modes)

  1. Place your food item into the pre-made bag, leaving at least 2 inches of space between the food and the top edge of the bag. For moist foods, ensure the bag opening is clean and dry.
  2. Insert the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber (below the stopper). Ensure it lies flat and is not wrinkled.
  3. Close the lid and press the handle down firmly to lock it.
  4. Select the appropriate mode: "Dry Vac & Seal" for dry foods or "Moist Vac & Seal" for moist foods. The machine will automatically vacuum and seal.
  5. Once the process is complete, lift the handle and remove the sealed bag.

5.3 Using the External Vacuum Function

The external vacuum function is ideal for vacuum sealing canisters, jars, or specialized bags with a vacuum port.

  1. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the side of the vacuum sealer.
  2. Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your canister or specialized bag, pressing it firmly to ensure a tight seal.
  3. Close the lid of the vacuum sealer and press the "Canister/Marinate" button to start the vacuum process.
  4. The machine will automatically stop once the desired vacuum level is reached.

5.4 Pulse Vacuum Function

For delicate or fragile food items that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure, use the "Pulse" button. Press and hold the button to manually control the vacuum level. Release the button when the desired air removal is achieved, then press "Seal Only" to seal the bag.
