Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two people due to the weight and size of the components. Follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Prepare the Desktop
Place the oak wood desktop upside down on a clean, soft surface (e.g., a blanket or cardboard) to prevent scratches during assembly.
Step 2: Attach Frame Components
Secure the carbon steel frame components (legs and support beams) to the underside of the desktop using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially to allow for minor adjustments.

Step 3: Install Feet or Casters
Decide whether to use the rubber feet for stationary use or the universal swivel casters for mobility. Attach the chosen components to the bottom of the leg frames. If using casters, ensure two are lockable for stability when the workbench is in position.

Step 4: Attach Power Outlet Strip
Mount the power outlet strip to the designated area on the side of the workbench frame using the provided screws. Connect the power cable to the strip.

Step 6: Final Tightening
Once all components are in place and the workbench is upright, securely tighten all bolts using the appropriate tools. Do not overtighten.
Operating Instructions
Adjusting Workbench Height
The workbench height can be adjusted from 28 to 39.5 inches (711 mm to 1003 mm) using 6 distinct settings. To adjust, loosen the adjustment knobs on each leg, raise or lower the desktop to the desired height, and then securely tighten the knobs. No additional tools are required for height adjustment.

Using Casters and Rubber Feet
If universal swivel casters are installed, unlock them to move the workbench freely. Lock the casters to secure the workbench in a stationary position. If rubber feet are installed, the workbench will remain stationary and provide stability.
Using the Built-in Power Outlet
Plug the workbench's power cable into a standard 125V 15A wall outlet. Use the integrated power strip to power tools and charge devices via the 4 AC outlets and 2 USB ports. The power strip is ETL certified for safety. Always ensure the power strip's control switch is in the 'ON' position for power delivery.
Organizing Tools with Pegboard
Utilize the side pegboard and included hooks to keep frequently used tools organized and easily accessible, helping to maintain a tidy workspace.
Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, fasteners, and adjustment knobs for tightness and re-tighten as needed to ensure stability.
- Cleaning the Desktop: Clean the oak wood top with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the wood finish.
- Wood Care: For prolonged wood life and to maintain its appearance, consider applying a wood conditioner or sealant periodically, especially in dry environments.
- Power System Check: Regularly check the power cord and outlet strip for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or cracked housing. Discontinue use immediately if damage is found and contact customer support.
- Pegboard Load: Avoid placing excessive weight on the pegboard or hooks to prevent damage to the panels or the workbench frame.
Troubleshooting
Workbench is unstable or wobbly
- Ensure all assembly bolts and leg adjustment knobs are securely tightened.
- If using casters, verify that the locking mechanisms on at least two casters are fully engaged.
- If using rubber feet, ensure they are evenly adjusted on a level surface to eliminate any rocking.
Power outlet not working
- Check if the workbench's main power cable is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet.
- Verify that the power strip's main control switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Ensure the device you are trying to power is working correctly by testing it in another outlet.
- If the issue persists after checking these points, there may be an internal fault. Discontinue use and contact VEVOR customer support.
