4. Assembly Instructions

The VECELO Bunk Bed is designed for straightforward assembly and ships in one box with all essential hardware. Follow the user-friendly instructions carefully.

Key Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components and hardware. Refer to the assembly guide to ensure all pieces are present.
2. Assemble Bed Frames: Connect the side rails and end frames for both the upper and lower bunks using the provided bolts and tools.
3. Install Slats and Noise-Free Clips: Place the metal slats onto the bed frames. Secure them using the custom plastic buckle and mute clips to prevent noise and movement.

4. Attach Support Legs: Ensure the sturdy middle leg is correctly installed for additional support and stability.
5. Stack Bunks: Carefully lift and place the upper bunk frame onto the lower bunk frame, aligning the connection points. Secure with the appropriate hardware.
6. Install Guardrails: The upper bunk features full-length guardrails on all sides for maximum safety. Attach these securely.

7. Attach Angled Ladder: The bunk bed includes an angled ladder for easy and safe access to the top bunk. Attach it firmly to the designated points.

• Mattress Compatibility: The top bunk fits a standard twin mattress, and the bottom bunk fits a standard full mattress. Mattresses are not included.
• Weight Capacity: The upper bunk has a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. The lower bunk has a maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs. Do not exceed these limits.
• Guardrails: The 15-inch guardrails on the top bunk are designed to prevent falls. Ensure they are always properly installed and maintained.
