1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EaseZen Foot Massager. This device utilizes advanced TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technologies to provide relief from various foot and leg discomforts, including neuropathy, leg pain, swelling, cramps, and plantar fasciitis. 2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Device:

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the Type-C port on the foot massager unit.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided AC adapter.
3. Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet.
4. The display will show charging progress (25, 50, 75, 100) and remain steady when fully charged.
5. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 210 minutes of use (approx. 7 days at 30 mins/day).

4.2. Installing Remote Control Batteries:

1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Insert the 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment securely.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Foot Massager:

1. Place the EaseZen Foot Massager on a flat surface.
2. Ensure the device is charged and the remote has batteries.
3. Sit comfortably and place both bare feet on the foot pads of the massager. The device will not function if only one foot is placed.
4. Press the Power button on the remote control or the unit to turn on the device.
5. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote or unit to adjust the intensity level (20 levels available).
6. Press the 'M' (Mode) button on the remote or unit to cycle through the 10 available massage modes.
7. The LCD display will show the selected mode, intensity, and remaining time.
8. The device has a 30-minute auto-off function to prevent overuse.
9. It is recommended to use the device for 15-30 minutes, twice a day.

5.2. Using Electrode Pads (Optional):

The device also supports external electrode pads for targeted muscle relaxation on other body parts.

1. Connect the electrode cables to the main unit.
2. Attach the two electrode pads to the electrode cables.
3. Stick both pads onto the desired body part (e.g., shoulders, back, arms, legs) to start stimulation. Ensure both pads are applied to form a complete electrical circuit.

6. Modes and Intensities

The EaseZen Foot Massager offers 10 distinct massage modes and 20 intensity levels to customize your experience.

7. Maintenance and Care

• Replace remote control batteries when the remote becomes unresponsive.
