4. Setup and Assembly

The MERACH E19 elliptical machine is designed for easy assembly, with approximately 90% of the unit pre-assembled. Most users can complete the installation within 30 minutes by following the included instructions and using the provided tools.

1. Attach Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are tightened for stability.
2. Connect Handlebar Post: Carefully connect the sensor wires and tension cable, then insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Secure it with the appropriate bolts and washers.
3. Assemble Swing Bars and Pedal Support Tubes: Attach the left and right swing bars to the handlebar post. Then, connect the pedal support tubes to the crank arms on the main frame and the swing bars. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Attach Pedals: Mount the left and right pedals to their respective pedal support tubes, securing them with bolts, washers, and nuts.
5. Install Meter: Install the AAA batteries into the meter. Connect the sensor wire from the handlebar post to the meter, then attach the meter to its bracket on the handlebar post.
