7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LVTEL M10B Smart Glasses, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Power/Not Charging:
    • Ensure the magnetic charging cable is securely connected to both the glasses and the power source.
    • Verify the power source is active.
    • Check the charging indicator light for status.
  • Cannot Pair via Bluetooth:
    • Make sure the glasses are powered on and in pairing mode.
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range.
    • Try restarting both the glasses and your device.
  • Low Sound Quality/Volume:
    • Adjust the volume using the touch controls on the temples or your connected device.
    • Ensure the speakers are not obstructed.
    • Sound quality can be affected by ambient noise due to the open-ear design.
  • Lenses Not Transitioning:
    • Ensure the glasses are exposed to direct UV light (sunlight). Photochromic lenses react to UV, not just brightness.
    • Transition speed can vary based on temperature and UV intensity.
