1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup & Assembly

2. Attach the Battery: Slide the charged battery into the main body of the vacuum cleaner until it clicks securely into place.
3. Assemble the Main Unit:
   • Connect the telescopic tube to the main body.
   • Attach the floor brush to the other end of the telescopic tube. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Install Wall Mount (Optional): If desired, use the provided screws and expansion plugs to install the wall mount bracket in a convenient location. This allows for upright storage and charging.

Operating your SunSare X12 is intuitive with its smart features and versatile design.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the main unit to turn the vacuum on or off.
2. Adjust Suction Modes: The smart LED panel allows you to switch between suction modes (Min, Auto, Max).
   • Auto Mode: The vacuum automatically adjusts suction power based on the floor type (gentle on hard floors, powerful on carpets).
   • Min Mode: For lighter cleaning tasks and extended battery life (up to 65 minutes).
   • Max Mode: For deep cleaning and stubborn dirt (up to 20 minutes).
3. Monitor Status: The smart LED panel displays real-time information including battery power, dust cup fullness, and fault alerts.
4. Using Attachments:
   • Floor Brush: Use for general cleaning on hard floors and short-pile carpets. The built-in LED lights illuminate dust and debris.
   • Extendable Hose (3.3Ft): Connect the hose to the main unit for flexible cleaning in hard-to-reach areas like car interiors, under furniture, or high corners. Attach the crevice nozzle or 2-in-1 brush to the end of the hose for specialized cleaning.
   • Crevice Nozzle: Perfect for narrow gaps, edges, and tight spaces.
   • 2-in-1 Brush: Use the brush for delicate surfaces like upholstery or curtains, and the nozzle for general dusting.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

1. Emptying the Dust Cup:
   • When the smart LED panel indicates the dust cup is full, or after each use, press the release button to detach the dust cup from the main unit.
   • Empty the contents into a trash bin.
   • Reattach the dust cup securely.
2. Cleaning Filters:
   • Regularly (recommended every 2-3 uses) clean the stainless steel filter and washable HEPA filter.
   • Remove the filters from the dust cup.
   • Tap off loose dirt and rinse under cold water. Ensure filters are completely dry before reinserting.
   • Replace filters as needed (an extra filter is provided).
3. Cleaning the Roller Brush:
   • To prevent clogging caused by lint accumulation, regularly clean the roller brush and suction channel.
   • Use the provided hair cleaning tool to remove tangled hair and debris from the brush roll.
   • Ensure the brush roll spins freely after cleaning.

• Roller Brush Not Spinning:
  • Check for obstructions or tangled hair in the brush roll.

  • The vacuum might have overheated due to a blockage; turn it off, clear any blockages, and allow it to cool down before restarting.
