  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Charging: Use the provided charging cable. Connect the magnetic end to the watch's charging port and the USB end to a compatible power adapter (not included).

6. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for an extended period (10-15 seconds).
  • SIM card not recognized: Ensure the SIM card is a Nano SIM and is inserted correctly. Power off the watch before inserting the SIM and then restart. Verify the SIM card is active and has a data plan.
  • No signal/Cannot make calls: Check if the SIM card is properly installed and activated. Ensure there is 4G network coverage in your area. Verify that unknown calls are not blocked in the Setracker2 app.
  • Inaccurate location: GPS accuracy can be affected by environmental factors (e.g., indoors, dense buildings). Ensure the watch has a clear view of the sky for better GPS reception. LBS and WiFi positioning provide supplementary location data.
  • App connection issues: Ensure both the smartwatch and your smartphone have stable internet connections. Restart both devices and try pairing again.
  • Battery drains quickly: Frequent use of video calls, GPS tracking, and games can consume battery faster. Reduce screen brightness or adjust usage patterns if necessary.
