5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Lenses and Frame
Use a soft, lint-free cloth (such as the one provided) to clean the lenses. For stubborn smudges, a small amount of lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth, not directly to the lenses. Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Store the device in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
5.3 Storage
When not in use, store the glasses camera in its protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and try again.
- Cannot record video/take photos: Check if the TF card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. The battery might also be too low to initiate recording.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the glasses and your mobile device. Restart both devices and try connecting again. Verify you have the correct companion app installed.
- Poor video quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from smudges. Record in well-lit conditions for optimal results.
- Device unresponsive: If the device becomes unresponsive, try performing a soft reset by holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) until it powers off, then restart.
