Setup

1. Assembling the Stand

1. Attach the extension rod to the base by screwing it clockwise until secure.
2. Screw the ring light onto the top of the extension rod.

2. Using the Clip Mount

Alternatively, the ring light can be attached using the provided clip for monitors or laptops:

1. Unscrew the ring light from the extension rod.
2. Attach the clip to the ring light by screwing it into the 1/4" thread.
3. Securely clip the light onto your monitor, laptop, or other suitable surface.

3. Power Connection

Connect the USB cable to a power source. For optimal and consistent performance, use a 5V/2A+ adapter or power bank. Avoid using a laptop USB port (typically 5V/1A) as lower current may cause flickering or unstable operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Control Panel

The ring light is controlled via an inline remote on the USB cable:

• Power Button: Turns the light on or off.
• Mode Switch: Cycles through 5 studio-calibrated color presets (3000K-6000K).
• Brightness + / -: Adjusts brightness levels from 10% to 100% (10 levels).

2. Adjusting Light Position

The ring light offers flexible positioning for optimal illumination:

• Tilt: The light can tilt up to 170° to direct illumination precisely.
• Rotation: The light can rotate 360° for full directional control.
• Height Adjustment: The telescoping stand can be adjusted from 7.98 inches to 11.42 inches. Unscrew the collar on the extension rod to adjust height, then tighten to secure.
