2. Safety Information
Always read and understand this manual before operating the compressor. Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or property damage.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear safety glasses or goggles and hearing protection when operating the compressor.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the compressor is connected to a grounded 230V power outlet. Do not use extension cords unless absolutely necessary, and ensure they are rated for the compressor's power requirements.
- Ventilation: Operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area to prevent heat buildup.
- Pressure Safety: Never exceed the maximum operating pressure of the compressor or the air tool being used. Do not direct compressed air at people or animals.
- Maintenance: Disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or repairs.
- Stability: Place the compressor on a stable, level surface during operation.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The compressor will begin to fill the air tank until it reaches its maximum pressure (8 bar), then it will automatically shut off.
- Adjusting Pressure: Use the pressure regulator knob (usually red) to set the desired working pressure for your air tool. Monitor the output pressure gauge to ensure the correct setting.
- Using Air Tools: Once the desired pressure is set, operate your air tool according to its specific instructions. The compressor will automatically restart when the tank pressure drops below a preset level.
- Power Off: When finished, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position. Disconnect the air tool and then unplug the compressor from the power outlet.
- Depressurize: Before storing, ensure the air tank is fully depressurized by opening the drain valve or using an air tool until all air is released.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your compressor. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
- Drain Condensation: Due to the nature of compressed air, moisture will accumulate in the tank. Drain the condensation from the tank daily or after each use by opening the drain valve located at the bottom of the tank. This prevents rust and corrosion.
- Air Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the air filter. A clogged filter can reduce efficiency. Refer to the compressor's specific design for filter access and cleaning instructions.
- Oil-Free Design: This compressor features an oil-free pump, eliminating the need for oil checks or changes. This simplifies maintenance and ensures cleaner air output.
- General Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free from dust and debris. Use a damp cloth for cleaning; avoid harsh chemicals.
7. Troubleshooting
