1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Acer Predator X32 X2bmiiphx 31.5-inch UHD OLED Gaming Monitor. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.
2. What's in the Box
Verify that all the following items are included in your product package:
- Display Unit
- Monitor Stand
- Power Cord
- DisplayPort Cable
- HDMI Cable
3. Setup
3.1. Stand Assembly
To assemble the monitor stand:
- Carefully remove the monitor and stand components from the packaging.
- Attach the stand base to the stand column. Ensure it clicks securely into place or is fastened with the provided screw.
- Align the stand column with the mounting area on the back of the monitor.
- Gently push the stand into the monitor until it locks.
For VESA mounting (75 x 75mm), remove the stand and attach the VESA mount adapter (if included or purchased separately) to the monitor's rear panel using the provided screws.

3.2. Connecting the Monitor
Connect the monitor to your computer or other devices using the appropriate cables:
- Power: Connect the power cord to the monitor's DC power input and then to a power outlet.
- DisplayPort: Use the included DisplayPort 1.4 cable to connect your computer's DisplayPort output to the monitor's DisplayPort input.
- HDMI: Use one of the included HDMI 2.1 cables to connect your device's HDMI output to one of the monitor's HDMI inputs.
- Audio Out: Connect external speakers or headphones to the 3.5mm audio output jack if desired.

4. Operating the Monitor
4.1. Power On/Off
Press the power button, typically located on the bottom or rear of the monitor, to turn the display on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate when the monitor is active.
4.2. On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu Navigation
The OSD menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Access and navigate the OSD menu using the joystick control, usually located on the bottom-right or rear of the monitor.
- Press the joystick: To open the OSD menu.
- Move the joystick Up/Down: To navigate through menu options.
- Move the joystick Left/Right: To adjust selected settings or enter sub-menus.
- Press the joystick again: To confirm a selection.
4.3. Display Settings
Key settings you can adjust in the OSD menu include:
- Picture: Brightness, Contrast, HDR mode, Super Sharpness, Low Blue Light.
- Color: Color Temperature (Warm, Normal, Cool, User), Color Space, Gamma, 6-axis Hue, 6-axis Saturate.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your monitor, follow these maintenance guidelines:

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
7.1. No Power
- Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power outlet is functioning correctly by testing it with another device.
- Verify the monitor's power button is pressed.
7.2. No Signal
- Confirm that the video cable (DisplayPort or HDMI) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer/device.
- Ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor via the OSD menu.
- Check if your computer/device is powered on and outputting a video signal.
- Try using a different video cable or port to rule out cable/port issues.
7.3. Image Quality Issues
- Blurry or Distorted Image: Adjust the resolution and refresh rate settings on your computer to match the monitor's native resolution (3840 x 2160) and desired refresh rate (up to 240Hz).
- Incorrect Colors: Adjust color settings (Color Temp, Color Space) in the OSD menu. Ensure HDR is enabled on both the monitor and your device if you intend to use it.
- Screen Tearing/Stuttering: Verify that AMD FreeSync Premium Pro is enabled in both the monitor's OSD menu and your graphics card settings.
7.4. Audio Issues
- Check the volume level in the monitor's OSD menu and on your computer/device.
- Ensure external speakers or headphones are properly connected to the audio out port.
- Verify that the audio output device is correctly selected in your computer's sound settings.
