It is designed to be waterproof for outdoor use and is compatible with Alexa for integrated smart home security.

4. Setup

4.1 Physical Installation

  2. Mount the Stand: Use the provided mounting screws to securely attach the camera stand to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the camera's weight.
  3. Attach the Camera: Securely attach the camera body to the mounted stand. Adjust the angle as needed for initial positioning.

4.2 SIM Card and SD Card Installation

The camera supports a 4G SIM card for cellular connectivity and an SD card (up to 256GB, 64GB UHS-3 SD card included) for local storage.

  1. Locate Slots: Identify the SIM card slot and SD card slot on the camera body. These are typically protected by a waterproof cover.
  2. Insert SIM Card: Carefully insert an activated 4G SIM card into the designated slot with the metal contacts facing down. Ensure it clicks into place.
  3. Insert SD Card: Insert the 64GB UHS-3 SD card (or another compatible SD card) into its slot until it clicks.
  4. Secure Cover: Replace the waterproof cover firmly to protect the slots from moisture and dust.

4.3 Power Connection

Connect the provided power adapter to the camera's power input port and then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its startup sequence.

4.4 Mobile Application Setup
