2. Setup and Assembly
Your Axiniu Electric Bike is 85% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly process.
Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. Keep the original packaging box for future use or in case of return.

Assembly Steps
- Install Handlebar:
Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and tighten the top bolt. Then, attach the handlebar to the stem and secure it with the front bolts. Ensure the handlebar is straight and firmly in place.

- Install Front Wheel:
Remove the protective cap from the front fork. Align the front wheel with the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake rotor slides correctly into the brake caliper. Secure the wheel with the provided nuts or quick-release mechanism.
- Install Headlight:
Attach the headlight to the designated mounting point on the front fork. Connect the headlight cable to the corresponding port on the bike's wiring harness.
- Install Pedals:
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal has a reverse thread. Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads and screw them into the crank arms. Tighten securely with a wrench.
- Install Instruments and Connect Cables:
Mount the LCD display and control panel on the handlebar. Connect all necessary cables, ensuring they are securely fastened and not pinched. This includes cables for the display, throttle, brakes, and any other accessories.
- Install Battery:
Unlock the battery compartment using the key. Slide the battery into the frame until it clicks into place. Lock the battery securely with the key. Ensure the battery is fully charged before your first ride.
- Adjust Seat Height:
Adjust the seat post to a comfortable height, ensuring your feet can touch the ground when stopped. Secure the seat post with the quick-release lever.
- Install Accessories:
Attach any additional accessories such as the water bottle holder, rear reflector, or rear rack as per your preference.
3. Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off the Bike
There are two primary methods to turn on your Axiniu Electric Bike:
- Using the NFC Card:
Swipe the NFC card at the bottom of the display. The display will illuminate, indicating the bike is ready for use.
- Using a Password:
- Press and hold the "Power" button to turn on the display.
- Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select numbers.
- Press the "Cruise" button to switch between digits.
- Enter the default code "1234".
- Press the "Cruise" button to confirm.

Riding Modes
The Axiniu Electric Bike offers five distinct riding modes:
- Electric Mode: Pure electric power using the throttle.
- Pedal-assist Mode: Motor provides assistance as you pedal.
- Cruise Mode: Maintains a set speed without continuous throttle input. Activate by pressing "Throttle" and "Cruise" buttons for four seconds.
- Manual Mode: Ride like a traditional bicycle without motor assistance.
- Walk Mode: Provides low-speed assistance for walking the bike. Activate by pressing the "Cruise" button for four seconds.
Gear Shifting (Shimano 7-Speed)
When shifting gears, always pedal at the same time. Avoid shifting more than two gears at once to prevent damage to the drivetrain.

Braking System (Dual Hydraulic Disc Brakes)
The bike is equipped with dual hydraulic disc brakes for reliable and sensitive stopping power in all conditions. Always apply both brakes smoothly and evenly.

Headlight Operation
Short press the "headlight" button on the control panel to turn the headlight on or off. The 800-lumen headlight provides strong illumination for night riding.

4. Maintenance
Battery Care
- Charge the battery fully before first use.
- Use only the provided 54V 3A UL certified charger.
- Avoid completely draining the battery. Recharge after each ride.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use, and charge it periodically if stored for long periods.
- The battery features a battery overheat protection system for safety.

General Bike Maintenance
