4. Setup & Installation

4.1 Pre-Installation Check

This model is designed for a 10-inch rough-in. Before installation, confirm your bathroom's rough-in measurement. Perform a water flow test: shut off the angle stop, disconnect the flexible waterline from your old toilet, and place it into a 2-gallon bucket. Open the angle stop and measure the water collected in 15 seconds. At least 1 gallon of water in 15 seconds is required for proper flushing.

4.2 Water Connection

The toilet comes with a specific water supply valve and adapters. You may need to use the provided adapter to connect to your existing standard US angle stop. Alternatively, a 3/8 compression to 3/4 MIP brass adapter and a flexible supply hose can be used for connection.

4.3 Mounting

The toilet bolts are located internally for a cleaner aesthetic. Installation requires careful placement onto the floor flange to ensure a proper seal. It is recommended to have a second person assist due to the unit's weight and size.

5. Operating Instructions

Your HOROW HR-T37D Smart Bidet Toilet offers various features for enhanced comfort and hygiene, controllable via the remote or side knob.

5.1 Heated Seat

The elongated seat features adjustable heating with 4 temperature levels. This function can also be turned off. Adjust the seat temperature using the remote control.

The built-in bidet provides instant warm water for personal cleansing. The nozzle position is adjustable in 5 levels, and water temperature can be set to 4 levels. Functions include Rear Wash, Front Wash, Movement Wash, and Bubble Wash.

5.3 Warm Air Dryer

After cleansing, a warm air dryer with 4 adjustable temperature levels provides comfort and reduces the need for toilet paper.

• Foot Sensor Flush: A sensor at the base allows for hands-free flushing by tapping with your foot.

• Pre-Wet: The bowl is pre-wetted before use to ensure a spotless flush.

• No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped.
• No Water Flow for Bidet: Ensure the water supply valve is fully open. Check for any kinks in the water supply line.
• Weak Flush: Verify that the water flow rate meets the minimum requirement (1 gallon in 15 seconds). Ensure the water supply valve is fully open.
• Remote Not Responding: Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the toilet's sensor.
• Seat Not Heating: Check the seat temperature setting on the remote. Ensure the heated seat function is enabled.
