- WiFi Connection Issues: Ensure your WiFi network supports 2.4G/5G. If the projector is still not compatible with iOS/Android devices for mirroring, ensure multi-screen/wireless display/SmartView is enabled on your device (names may vary).
- System Error / Automatic Shutdown: If a system error occurs, the projector may turn off automatically. Perform a software update if available.
- Cannot Sideload Android Apps: Currently, sideloading Android apps is not supported. Future upgrades may enable this feature.
