Safety Information

• Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or damaged.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and can typically be completed in under 30 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen key.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially.
5. Connect Backrest to Seat: Attach the backrest to the seat cushion using the remaining screws. Once all screws are in place for the armrests and backrest, tighten them securely.
6. Mount Seat Assembly onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered.
7. Install Footrest: Slide the footrest assembly into the designated slots under the seat.
8. Attach Cushions: Place the headrest pillow and lumbar support cushion onto the chair. The lumbar cushion typically has straps to secure it to the backrest.

Operating Instructions

Chair Adjustments

• Height Adjustment: Pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards to raise the chair. To lower, remain seated and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at the desired height.
• Backrest Recline: Pull the lever on the right side of the chair (near the armrest) upwards to recline the backrest. Lean back to the desired angle (between 90 and 150 degrees) and release the lever to lock it in place. To return to an upright position, pull the lever and lean forward.
• Footrest Extension: Pull the footrest handle located under the front of the seat to extend the footrest. Push it back in to retract.
• Rocking Function: The chair may have a rocking function. If present, a knob under the seat controls the tension of the rocking motion. Turn clockwise to increase tension, counter-clockwise to decrease. A lever may also be present to lock/unlock the rocking function.

Massage Function (Lumbar Support)

The lumbar support cushion features a massage function to help relax your lower back. Connect the USB cable from the lumbar cushion to a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter). The massage function will activate upon connection.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the chair with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and then wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Casters: Keep the casters clean and free of debris (hair, dust) to ensure smooth movement.
