Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using your Aeitto Blender & Grinder Combo. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always unplug the appliance from the outlet before cleaning or when not in use.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when the blender is not running.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with care.
• Do not blend hot liquids that exceed the maximum fill line to avoid overflow and scalding.
• Ensure the lid is securely locked in place before operating the blender.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• This appliance is intended for household use only.
• The blender features an overheat protection device. If the motor stops due to overheating, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before resuming use.

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (pitcher, lid, grinding cup, blade assemblies) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Assembling the Blending Pitcher

1. Place the blending blade assembly securely onto the bottom of the 68oz. pitcher.
2. Ensure the pitcher is clean and dry.
3. Place the pitcher onto the motor base, aligning the grooves. The pitcher should sit firmly on the base.
4. Add your ingredients to the pitcher. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
5. Secure the lid onto the pitcher, ensuring it clicks into place. Insert the tamper plug into the lid opening.

Assembling the Grinding Cup

1. Place the grinding blade assembly securely onto the bottom of the 28oz. grinding cup.
2. Add ingredients such as coffee beans or spices to the grinding cup. Do not overfill.
3. Screw the grinding cup with the blade assembly onto the motor base, ensuring it is tightly secured.

Operating Instructions

Ensure the blender is properly assembled and plugged into a grounded electrical outlet before operation.

Control Panel Overview

• ON/OFF Switch: Toggles the power to the unit.
• Speed Dial (MIN-MAX): Allows for manual adjustment of blending speed.
• PULSE Switch: Provides short bursts of high-speed blending for chopping or quick mixing. Hold for continuous pulse.
• Program Selection Dial: Selects one of four intelligent preset programs.

Using Preset Programs

The blender offers four intelligent preset programs for common tasks:

1. Warm Purees: Ideal for making smooth soups and sauces.
2. Smoothies: Optimized for blending fruits and liquids into smooth beverages.
3. Ice Crush: Designed to efficiently crush ice for frozen drinks.
4. Grains: Suitable for grinding dry ingredients like grains or coffee beans in the grinding cup.

To use a preset program:

• Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
• Turn the Program Selection Dial to your desired program.
• The blender will automatically run through the optimized cycle for that function.
• The blender will stop automatically once the program is complete.

Manual Speed Control and Pulse Function

• Manual Speed: Turn the Speed Dial to adjust the blending speed from MIN to MAX. This is suitable for precise control over texture.
• Pulse: For quick bursts of power, hold down the PULSE switch. Release to stop. This is useful for chopping ingredients or breaking down larger pieces.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your blender.

Auto-Cleaning Function

1. After use, rinse the pitcher or grinding cup.
2. Fill the pitcher with approximately half warm water and add a few drops of dish soap.
3. Place the pitcher on the motor base and secure the lid.
4. Turn the speed dial to a medium setting or use the 'Smoothies' preset for 30-60 seconds.
5. Rinse the pitcher thoroughly with clean water.

Dishwasher Safe Parts

All parts except the motor base are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning.

Motor Base Cleaning

• Unplug the motor base before cleaning.
• Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the surface.
