  a. By default, Narwal Flow avoids carpets to protect them. If you'd like it to clean your carpets, simply turn on Carpet Mode in the app (Device Home > Map > Map Editing > Carpet > Clean the carpet).
  b. Best results: Works best on carpets under 0.8 inches thick with pile height less than or equal to 0.28 inches. Very thick or dense carpets may be harder to detect.
  c. What to expect: In Carpet Mode, Narwal Flow automatically boosts suction for deeper cleaning, so it may take a little longer than on hard floors.
