5. Setup Guide

5.1 Placement

Choose a suitable location for your projector. For best results, project onto a flat, light-colored surface or a dedicated projector screen. The HY300 features a 270-degree rotatable stand, allowing flexible placement on tables, floors, or even for ceiling projection.

Consider the projection distance to achieve your desired screen size. Refer to the throw ratio diagram below:

5.2 Power Connection

Connect the provided power cord to the projector's power input port, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

6.2 Initial Setup and Focus Adjustment

Upon first power-on, the projector may guide you through initial network setup. After selecting your input source, adjust the focus wheel on the projector until the image appears clear and sharp on your screen.

6.3 Source Selection and Navigation

Use the remote control to navigate the projector's interface. Select your desired input source (HDMI, USB, Screen Mirroring, etc.) from the main menu.

6.4 Screen Mirroring (iOS/Android)

To mirror your smartphone or tablet screen:

  1. Ensure your projector and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Select the "Screen Mirroring" or "Wireless Display" option on the projector's menu.
  3. On your mobile device, activate screen mirroring (e.g., AirPlay for iOS, Smart View/Cast for Android) and select the projector from the list of available devices.
  4. Your device's screen will now be displayed on the projector.
