Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components

4. Wear the Leg Boots

Unzip the leg boots completely. Slide your feet into the foot sections and pull the boots up your legs, ensuring they cover your calves and thighs. Zip up the boots securely but comfortably. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On

Press the Power button on the handheld controller to turn on the device. The LCD screen will illuminate, displaying default settings.

2. Select Massage Mode

Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 6 available massage modes: Auto (comprehensive full-leg massage), Pinch (alternating compression and release), Press (sustained pressure for deep relief), Foot (targets foot area only), Calf (targets calf area only), and Thigh (targets thigh area only).

3. Adjust Pressure Intensity

Use the Intensity button (up/down arrows) to select one of the 6 pressure intensities (ranging from 60-160 mmHg). It is recommended to start with the lowest level (Level 1-2) if you are sensitive to pressure and gradually increase as desired.

4. Set Session Timer

Press the Timer button to choose your preferred session duration: 15, 20, or 25 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after the selected time.

5. Begin Session
