1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the scale and all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: weighing platform, display unit, and power adapter (if included, or ensure batteries are installed).
2. Placement: Place the weighing platform on a stable, level, and vibration-free surface. Ensure the display unit is positioned where it can be easily read and operated.
