2. Setup
2.1 Power Source
The calculator operates on a dual power system: solar power and a CR5 button battery. The solar panel provides power in well-lit environments, extending battery life. The CR5 battery is included and pre-installed.
2.2 Initial Use
- Remove the protective film from the display, if present.
- Press the ON button to power on the calculator.
- The calculator will display "0" on the main screen.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Operations
- Power On/Off: Press ON to turn on. Press SHIFT then AC (OFF) to turn off.
- Clear Entry: Press DEL to delete the last entered digit. Press AC to clear all entries and reset the calculation.
- 2-Line Display: The top line shows the input expression, and the bottom line displays the calculated result.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To clean the calculator, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe gently. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the calculator's surface and display.
4.2 Dust Protection

- Turn off the calculator.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the calculator.

- Carefully remove the old CR5 battery and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment securely.
