Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your headset. You have two charging options:

• Using the Charging Base: Place the headset onto the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts align. The indicator light on the base will show charging status.
• Using the TYPE-C Cable: Connect the provided TYPE-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).

A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 30 hours of talk time.

2. Connecting to Devices

Your headset supports dual connection, allowing simultaneous connection to two devices.

2.1. Connecting via USB Dongle (for PC/Laptop)

1. Plug the 2.4G USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Turn on the headset. It will automatically pair with the USB dongle.
3. Once connected, the indicator light on the headset will confirm successful pairing.

2.2. Connecting via Bluetooth (for Mobile Devices/PC)

1. Ensure the headset is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the headset's indicator light for status).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "awatrue EH11" from the list.
4. Confirm pairing if prompted.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.

2. Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the Mute button on the microphone boom. The microphone features AI Noise Reduction for clear communication.

3. Volume Control

• Volume Up: Press the Volume + button.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume - button.

4. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.

5. Voice Assistant

Activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant) by pressing the Voice Assistant button (if available) or by following your device's specific instructions while connected to the headset.

Maintenance and Care

• Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
