1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your ROBOTIME Mud Kitchen. Designed for children aged 3 and above, this versatile outdoor play kitchen encourages imaginative play, sensory exploration, and skill development. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and correct operation.

2. Safety Information

• Adult Supervision Required: Always supervise children during play with the mud kitchen.
• Age Recommendation: Suitable for children aged 3 years and older. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for younger children.
• Assembly: Adult assembly is required. Ensure all parts are securely fastened before allowing children to play.
• Placement: Place the mud kitchen on a flat, stable surface away from hazards such as steep drops, open flames, or bodies of water.
• Material Safety: The product is constructed from solid wood. Regularly inspect for splinters, loose parts, or damage. Discontinue use if damaged.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. A Phillips head screwdriver and possibly a wrench may be required (not included).

4.1 Unpacking and Part Identification

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare them against the package contents list to ensure everything is present.

4.2 Assembling the Base Frame

Begin by connecting the main vertical supports to the horizontal base pieces. Ensure all screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.

4.3 Attaching the Wheels and Handle

Attach the two wheels to one side of the base frame using the provided axle and fasteners. Secure the side handrails to the opposite side for easy mobility.

4.4 Installing the Sink, Faucet, and Stoves

Place the removable sink basin into its designated cutout. Attach the faucet to the water tank and position it on the shelf above the sink. Secure the two stove tops onto the main countertop.

4.5 Completing the Structure

Install the oven door and any remaining shelves or hooks. Hang the cooking tools on the designated hooks. Place the planting pots and watering can on the top shelf.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Faucet and Sink

Fill the water tank located above the sink with clean water. Turn the faucet handle to activate the water flow into the removable sink basin. After play, empty the sink and water tank to prevent stagnant water.

5.2 Stove and Oven Play

The stove knobs can be rotated to produce a satisfying 'click' sound, simulating real cooking. The oven door opens to allow for pretend baking and storage of play food items.

5.3 Mobility

To move the mud kitchen, lift the side with the handrails and roll it on its two wheels. Ensure the path is clear and stable before moving.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe down all wooden surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Rinse the sink basin and water tank thoroughly after each use.
• Drying: Allow all components, especially wooden parts, to air dry completely after cleaning or water play to prevent mold or warping.
• Storage: While designed for outdoor use, storing the mud kitchen in a sheltered area during prolonged periods of harsh weather (heavy rain, direct sun, extreme cold) will extend its lifespan.

  • Ensure the mud kitchen is placed on a flat, even surface.
• Difficulty moving:
  • Check if the wheels are clear of debris.
