4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Setting Time and Date

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times until the seconds begin to flash.
2. Press the RESET button to select the item you wish to set (seconds, hour, minute, month, date, day of week). The selected item will flash.
3. Use the START button to adjust the flashing value. Hold START to change values faster.
4. After setting all desired values, press the MODE button once to return to the normal time display.

4.2 Setting the Alarm

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter the alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
2. Press the START button to adjust the hour.
3. Press the RESET button to move to the minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
4. Press the START button to adjust the minutes.
5. Press the MODE button once to exit the alarm setting mode.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press and hold the RESET button while in the alarm display mode (press MODE twice). The alarm icon will appear/disappear.

4.3 Using the Stopwatch

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter stopwatch mode.
2. Press the START button to begin timing.
3. Press the START button again to pause timing.
4. Press the RESET button to clear the stopwatch to zero.
5. Press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
