5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing Fruits and Vegetables
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For most items, pre-cutting is not necessary due to the large 4.3-inch feed chute. However, for very large or fibrous items, cutting into smaller pieces may be beneficial.

5.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp cups are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the rotary button to the 'ON' position to start the juicer.
- Slowly feed fruits and vegetables into the feed chute. Use the pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients down.

- Once juicing is complete, turn the rotary button to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Ganiza GJ10 Juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Juicer does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
- Verify that all parts are correctly assembled and locked into place. The safety lock prevents operation if components are not aligned.
- Ingredients are stuck or juicer stops:
- Turn the rotary button to the 'REV' (Reverse) position for a few seconds to dislodge the ingredients.
- If the issue persists, turn off and unplug the juicer, then disassemble and clear any blockages manually.
- Avoid overloading the juicer with too many ingredients at once.
- Low juice yield or wet pulp:
- Ensure the correct filter is being used for the type of fruit/vegetable.
- Feed ingredients slowly to allow the auger to fully process them.
- Clean the filter thoroughly, as clogs can reduce yield.
- Excessive noise or vibration:
- Check that all parts are securely assembled and locked.
- Ensure the juicer is placed on a flat, stable surface.
