Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The K-Supreme features MultiStream Technology, designed to evenly saturate coffee grounds for enhanced flavor and aroma. It offers multiple brew sizes and customizable options for a personalized coffee experience.
Setup
1. Unboxing and Placement
Carefully remove all packaging materials from the coffee maker. Place the brewer on a clean, flat, and stable surface. The 66 oz. dual-position water reservoir can be positioned on either the side or the back of the brewer to optimize counter space.

2. Initial Rinse Cycle
Before brewing your first cup, perform an initial rinse cycle. Fill the water reservoir with fresh water. Place a large mug on the drip tray. Lift and lower the brewer handle without inserting a K-Cup pod. Select a brew size (e.g., 8 oz) and press the brew button. Discard the hot water. This cleans the internal components.

2. Descaling
The brewer features a MAINTENANCE ALERT that reminds you to descale after every 250 brews. Descaling removes mineral buildup that can affect brewer performance and coffee taste. Refer to the full descaling instructions provided with your brewer or on the Keurig website.
3. Water Filter Cartridge
For optimal taste, it is recommended to use a Keurig water filter cartridge in the reservoir. Replace the cartridge approximately every two months or 60 tank refills. Follow the instructions provided with the water filter cartridges for installation and replacement.
Troubleshooting
If your Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker is not functioning as expected, consider the following common issues:
- No Power: Ensure the brewer is securely plugged into a grounded outlet.
- No Water Dispensed: Check if the water reservoir is filled above the minimum fill line. Ensure the reservoir is properly seated.
- Weak Brew: Verify that the K-Cup pod is correctly inserted and the brewer handle is fully lowered. Consider using the 'Strong' brew option.
- "Add Water" Light On: Refill the water reservoir.
- "Descale" Light On: Perform a descaling cycle as indicated in the Maintenance section.
