Maintenance
1. Water Resistance Guidelines
This watch is rated 50M (5 ATM) water resistant, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water such as during hand washing or swimming. However, it is crucial to follow these guidelines to prevent water damage:
- DO NOT press any buttons or pull the crown while the watch is submerged in water.
- DO NOT expose the watch to hot water, steam, or extreme temperature changes (e.g., hot showers, saunas), as this can compromise the seals.
- Ensure the crown is fully pushed in after setting the analog time.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater. If exposed, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

2. Cleaning and Care
- Clean the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the watch in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
- The watch features an anti-scratch protective film on the mirror. Avoid scratching or peeling this film.

3. Battery Replacement
The watch uses a SR626SW battery. When the display dims or the watch stops functioning, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not displaying time/functions: Check if the battery needs replacement. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in for analog watches.
- Digital display is dim or blank: This usually indicates a low battery. Replace the SR626SW battery.
- Water inside the watch: If water enters the watch, immediately stop using it and seek professional repair. Do not attempt to dry it with heat, as this can cause further damage. This often occurs if buttons were pressed underwater or the crown was not fully pushed in.
- Analog hands not moving: Ensure the crown is pushed in. If it is, the battery for the analog movement might be depleted, or there could be a mechanical issue.
- Alarm not sounding: Verify that the alarm is set correctly and the alarm icon is displayed on the screen, indicating it is active.
