Assembly Instructions

For a visual guide, please refer to the assembly video below. Follow the steps carefully for proper installation. Note: The video demonstrates assembly using a black version of the cabinet, but the steps are identical for the white model.

1. Prepare Components: Unpack all parts and hardware. Identify each component using the labels provided. Ensure all pieces are present before starting assembly.
2. Assemble Side Panels: Attach the drawer slides to the inner sides of the main side panels (parts 12 and 13). Secure them with the provided screws. Insert cam lock screws and wooden dowels into the designated holes on these panels.
3. Construct Base Frame: Connect the bottom shelf (part 7) and the middle support (part 5) to one of the side panels (part 12) using cam locks. Then, attach the other side panel (part 13) to complete the base frame.
4. Install Top Panel: Attach the metal brackets and magnetic catches to the underside of the top panel (part 3). Insert cam lock screws and wooden dowels into the top panel. Secure the top panel to the assembled frame using cam locks.
5. Attach Back Panel: Insert wooden dowels into the back panel (part 8). Carefully align and attach the back panel to the main cabinet structure using screws. Ensure the uneven side of the back panel faces the rear of the cabinet.
6. Assemble Drawer Boxes: For each drawer, attach the drawer slides to the side panels (parts 15 and 16). Connect the side panels, back panel (part 17), and bottom panel (part 18) using screws to form the drawer box.
7. Attach Drawer Fronts: Secure the drawer front panels (part 20) to the assembled drawer boxes using cam lock screws. Install the decorative handles (parts H, I) onto the drawer fronts.
8. Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers into their respective tracks within the cabinet.
9. Install Doors: Attach the hinges (part G) to the cabinet doors (parts 1 and 2) using screws. Then, attach the magnetic catch plates (part J) to the doors. Finally, mount the doors to the cabinet frame using screws, ensuring they open and close smoothly.
10. Install Adjustable Shelf: Insert the adjustable shelf pins (part P) into the desired height holes inside the upper cabinet section. Place the adjustable shelf (part 14) onto these pins.
11. Secure to Wall: Using the provided anti-tip kit, secure the cabinet to a wall stud to prevent accidental tipping. This is a critical safety step.

Usage and Operation

This cabinet is designed for versatile storage in various home environments.

• Doors: The upper section features two doors with magnetic catches for secure closure. Open the doors to access the adjustable shelf.
• Adjustable Shelf: The interior shelf can be adjusted to 5 different height options. To adjust, remove the shelf, reposition the shelf pins to the desired holes, and then place the shelf back on the pins.
• Drawers: The two lower drawers provide enclosed storage. Pull the handles to open and push to close. Ensure drawers slide smoothly without obstruction.

Troubleshooting

• Drawers not sliding smoothly: Check if the drawer slides are correctly aligned and securely fastened. Ensure no debris is obstructing the tracks. If a slide appears warped, contact customer support for a replacement.
• Doors not closing properly: Verify that the hinges are securely attached and aligned. Check the magnetic catches for proper engagement. Adjust hinges if needed.
• Cabinet wobbles: Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Re-tighten all assembly screws. Confirm the anti-tip device is correctly installed and secured to the wall.
