Safety Information

The dbsono F29MAX speaker features a durable, portable design with integrated controls and dynamic RGB lighting. Key components include:

• Control Panel: Located on the top handle, featuring touch controls for power, volume, playback, light modes, and EX-Bass.

Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

2. Connect the provided USB-C power cable to the speaker's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off (refer to specific indicator behavior on your device).
5. A full charge provides up to 30 hours of playtime (tested at 30% volume with lights off).

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the control panel for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the lights illuminate.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the lights turn off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing Bluetooth indicator light). If not, briefly press the Bluetooth button.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "dbsono F29MAX" from the list of devices.
4. Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid.
5. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if within range (up to 100 feet).

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

TWS allows you to connect two dbsono F29MAX speakers for a stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (if available, or a combination of buttons as per specific model instructions, typically the Bluetooth button).
3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, both speakers will emit an audible confirmation.
4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

5. AUX/USB/TF Card Connection

• AUX-in: Connect one end of the provided AUX cable to the speaker's AUX-in port and the other end to your audio device's headphone jack. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
• USB Playback: Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB-A port. The speaker will automatically detect and begin playing music from the drive.
• TF Card Playback: Insert a TF (microSD) card containing MP3 audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically detect and begin playing music from the card.

Operating Instructions

1. Volume Control

• Increase Volume: Press the '+' button on the control panel.
• Decrease Volume: Press the '-' button on the control panel.

2. Playback Control

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
• Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button (or a dedicated next track button if available).
• Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button (or a dedicated previous track button if available).

3. Light Modes

The speaker features beat-synced RGB lights with multiple modes.

• Change Light Mode: Press the Light button (usually indicated by a light bulb icon) to cycle through different light effects.
• Turn Lights Off: Continue pressing the Light button until the lights turn off.

4. EX-Bass Mode

Activate EX-Bass mode for enhanced low-end bass performance.

5. Using as Power Bank

The speaker can function as a mobile power source to charge other devices.

• Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the speaker.
• The speaker will begin charging your device. Ensure the speaker has sufficient battery charge.

6. Waterproof Guidelines (IPX7)

The speaker is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. However, proper precautions are necessary:

• Always ensure the rubber cover for the charging and input ports is completely sealed before exposing the speaker to water.

• Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for a long period, charge the battery to about 50% every few months to maintain battery health.
• Port Care: Keep the charging and input ports free of dust and debris. Ensure the waterproof flap is always securely closed when not in use or when near water.
