Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Kuulaa Portable Charger. This ensures optimal battery performance.

1. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged. A full recharge takes approximately 3 hours with an 18W power adapter.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

1. Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate output port on the power bank (USB-C or USB-A).
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level.
4. To stop charging, simply disconnect your device.

Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to view the current battery level indicated by the LED lights:

• 4 LEDs: 75% - 100%
• 3 LEDs: 50% - 75%
• 2 LEDs: 25% - 50%
• 1 LED: 0% - 25%

Maintenance

• Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and direct sunlight.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Do not expose the power bank to water or excessive moisture.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every 3 months to preserve battery life.

Troubleshooting

Power bank is not charging / not turning on:

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.

Device is not charging from the power bank:

• Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (press the power button to check LEDs).
• Ensure the charging cable connecting the power bank to your device is functional and securely connected.
• Try a different charging cable.

Slow charging:

• Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and your device supports fast charging.
• Verify that the power bank itself is fully charged.
