Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Lefant M3, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not charge. | Not properly docked; power cord disconnected; charging contacts dirty. | Ensure robot is correctly aligned with charging contacts. Check power cord connection. Clean charging contacts on both robot and station with a dry cloth. |
| Robot gets stuck frequently. | Too many obstacles; loose cables/rugs; dark surfaces. | Clear the cleaning area of small objects, cables, and thick rugs. Use no-go zones for problematic areas. Ensure sufficient lighting if issues persist in dark areas. |
| Poor cleaning performance. | Dustbin full; brushes tangled; mop pads dirty/worn; low suction mode. | Empty dustbin/replace dust bag. Clean main brush and side brushes. Clean or replace mop pads. Select a higher suction mode in the app. |
| App connection issues. | Incorrect Wi-Fi password; robot too far from router; 5GHz network incompatibility (older models). | Verify Wi-Fi password. Move robot closer to router. Ensure your router supports 2.4GHz and connect to it if experiencing issues with 5GHz. Restart robot and router. |
| Mop pads not drying properly. | Obstruction in drying vent; excessive moisture. | Check for any blockages in the drying vents on the station. Ensure mop pads are not excessively saturated before docking. |
