3. Product Components and Features
Familiarize yourself with the key components and features of your NEXPOW device.

Figure 3.1: Digital Display and Control Panel
The device features an intuitive digital interface with an LED display. This display shows real-time battery levels and tire pressure readings. Users can select from 4 pressure units (PSI, Bar, Kpa, Kg/cm²) and 5 inflation modes (Car, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Spherical, Custom) for precise monitoring and adjustment.

Figure 3.2: Long-Lasting Battery
The device is equipped with a 9000 mAh long-lasting battery, providing sufficient power for multiple inflation tasks. Examples show it can inflate approximately 70 bike tires, 62 motorcycle tires, or 22 car tires on a single charge (experimental data).

Figure 3.3: G17 Jump Starter Unit
The G17 jump starter component provides a powerful 2000A peak current, capable of reviving 12V batteries in various vehicles including Diesel, Gas, Motorcycles, Lawn Mowers, and Yachts. It is important to note that this unit is not suitable for hybrid or electric vehicles.

Figure 3.4: USB Charging Ports
The device includes multiple output ports for charging USB devices, including standard USB, USB 3.0, USB-C 3.0, and a DC output. This allows for quick charging of various electronic gadgets. Note that it may not support charging low-power devices with current less than 150mAh.

Figure 3.5: Safety and Cooling System
The NEXPOW NP17 features an efficient cooling system, enhancing safety and promoting longer service life. It also incorporates essential safety protections such as over-discharge and overcharge prevention.
4. Setup and Charging
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the NEXPOW device. Use the provided charging cable and a suitable power adapter (not always included, check packaging) to charge the unit. The LED display will indicate the charging status and battery level.
4.2 Attaching the Inflator Hose
Connect the 19.69-inch inflatable hose to the designated port on the device. Ensure it is securely fastened to prevent air leakage during inflation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Tire Inflator
The tire inflator features an auto shut-off function for safe and reliable inflation.
- Connect the inflator hose to the tire valve stem.
- Power on the device. The LED display will show the current tire pressure.
- Use the control buttons to select the desired pressure unit (PSI, Bar, Kpa, Kg/cm²) and inflation mode (Car, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Spherical, Custom).
- Set the target pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Press the start button to begin inflation. The device will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the hose from the tire valve.

Figure 5.1: Tire Inflation in Progress
This image illustrates the NEXPOW NP17 tire inflator connected to a car tire, highlighting its auto shut-off capability and the convenience of its 19.69-inch hose, allowing for hands-free operation.

Figure 5.2: Dual-Mode Inflation Capability
The device supports dual-mode inflation, offering both cordless operation for portability and a corded option via a 12V DC adapter. The corded mode allows the inflator to function even if the internal battery is depleted, providing continuous utility.
5.2 Using the Car Jump Starter
Follow these steps to safely jump start your vehicle:
- Step 1: Insert the jumper cable into the jump starter port. Ensure a secure connection.
- Step 2: Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
- Step 3: Start your car engine. If the engine does not start immediately, wait 30 seconds before attempting again. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
- Step 4: Once the car starts, remove the clamps from the car battery within 30 seconds to complete the operation. Disconnect the black clamp first, then the red clamp, and finally remove the jumper cable from the jump starter.

Figure 5.3: Jump Start Procedure
This visual guide demonstrates the four essential steps for safely jump starting a vehicle: connecting the jumper cable to the device, attaching clamps to the car battery, starting the engine, and finally, removing the clamps.
