2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not block ventilation openings. Ensure adequate space around the projector for proper airflow.
  • Do not expose the projector to rain or moisture to prevent fire or electric shock.
  • Avoid looking directly into the projector lens when the lamp is on.
  • Use only attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Unplug the projector during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.

  • 1. AUX: Audio output port for external speakers or headphones.
  • 2. AV: Analog video input port.
  • 3. USB1/USB2: USB ports for connecting USB flash drives or other USB devices.
  • 4. HDMI: High-Definition Multimedia Interface input for digital video and audio.
  • 5. IR: Infrared receiver for the remote control.
  • 6. Keystone: Manual keystone correction dial.

5. Setup

5.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power adapter to the projector's "Power" input port.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
  3. The power indicator light will illuminate.

5.2 Positioning the Projector

Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the projection screen or wall is clean and smooth. The optimal projection distance is between 0.8 meters and 3.8 meters, supporting a screen size up to 150 inches.

5.3 Adjusting Focus and Keystone

  • Focus: Rotate the focus ring around the lens until the projected image appears clear and sharp.
  • Keystone Correction: If the projected image appears trapezoidal (wider at the top or bottom), use the "Keystone" dial (refer to Figure 4.2) to adjust the image geometry until it is rectangular. The projector supports ±15° keystone correction.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control.
  • Power Off: Press the power button again. Confirm shutdown if prompted.

6.2 Input Source Selection

After powering on, the projector will display the main interface. Use the remote control or the projector's control buttons to navigate.

Select the desired input source (e.g., HDMI, USB, AV) from the main menu.

6.3 Connecting External Devices

  • HDMI: Connect laptops, gaming consoles, or streaming devices via an HDMI cable. Select "HDMI" as the input source.
  • USB: Insert a USB flash drive into a USB port to play media files (videos, photos, music, text). Select "USB" as the input source and navigate through the files.
  • AV: Connect older devices using the AV cable. Select "AV" as the input source.
  • AUX: Connect external speakers or headphones to the AUX port for enhanced audio.

6.4 Wireless Projection (Miracast/Airplay/DLNA)

The projector supports wireless screen mirroring from compatible mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.

  1. Ensure the projector and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. On the projector's main menu, select the "Miracast" or "Airplay" option (depending on your device's operating system).
  3. On your mobile device, activate the screen mirroring function (e.g., "Screen Mirroring," "Smart View," "Cast," "Airplay").
  4. Select the projector from the list of available devices.
  5. The device screen will then be projected.

6.5 YouTube Functionality

The projector includes a built-in YouTube application.

  • Ensure the projector is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
  • From the main menu, select the "YouTube" icon.
  • Use the remote control to navigate and search for videos.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Lens

Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.2 Cleaning the Projector Casing

Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

7.3 Lamp Life

The LED lamp has an estimated life of 30,000 hours. No lamp replacement is typically required during the product's lifespan under normal usage conditions.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 No Image or Poor Image Quality

  • Ensure the projector is powered on and connected correctly.
  • Check the input source selection matches the connected device.
  • Adjust the focus ring for a clear image.
  • Adjust keystone correction if the image is distorted.
  • Verify the video cable is securely connected.

8.2 No Sound

  • Check the volume settings on both the projector and the connected device.
  • Ensure external speakers (if used) are properly connected and powered.
  • If using HDMI, ensure the audio output is correctly configured on the source device.

8.3 Remote Control Not Working

  • Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted.
  • Point the remote directly at the projector's IR receiver.
  • Remove any obstacles between the remote and the projector.
