4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Meat Grinding
- Ensure the grinder is properly assembled with the desired grinding plate.
- Cut meat into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) that fit easily into the feeding tube. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
- Place the cut meat onto the food tray.
- Place a bowl or container under the grinding head to collect the ground meat.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
- Use the food pusher to gently feed the meat into the grinding tube. Do not force the meat, as this can strain the motor.
- After grinding, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the unit.

- Slide the casing onto the sausage stuffing tube, leaving a small overhang at the end.
- Feed the prepared meat mixture into the food tray.
- Turn the power switch to 'ON' and gently feed the meat, allowing it to fill the casing. Guide the casing as it fills to prevent air pockets and ensure even stuffing.
- Once complete, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the unit.

6. Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Grinder stops during operation. | Overheating or jam. | Unplug the unit. If overheated, allow 10-15 minutes to cool down. If jammed, use the 'REV' (Reverse) function to clear the obstruction. |
| Meat is not grinding properly or comes out mushy. | Incorrect blade orientation, dull blade, or meat not properly prepared. | Ensure the cutting blade is installed with the sharp edge facing outwards. Sharpen or replace the blade if dull. Cut meat into smaller, uniform pieces and remove gristle/tendons. |
| Unit is noisy or vibrates excessively. | Loose parts or unstable surface. | Check that all parts are securely assembled and the fixing ring is tightened. Ensure the unit is on a stable, flat surface. The suction feet should provide stability. |
| Sausage casing breaks during stuffing. | Overstuffing or dry casing. | Do not overfill the casing. Ensure casings are properly soaked and lubricated. Reduce the speed of meat feeding. |

Image: Effortless Safety. This image highlights the safety features of the meat grinder: a one-click safety lock for secure operation, a reverse function ('R' button) to clear jams, multi-vent cooling vents for motor protection, and a non-slip suction base for stability during use.
