Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the radio. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the radio's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator on the display will show charging status. A full charge provides over 12 hours of playback.

2. Antenna Setup

Extend the telescopic antenna fully for optimal DAB/DAB+ and FM radio reception. Adjust its position for the best signal quality.

3. Initial Power On and Language Selection

1. Press and hold the O/M button (On/Mode) to power on the radio.
2. Upon first power-on, you may be prompted to select a language. Use the navigation buttons (left/right arrows or rotary knob if available) to select your preferred language and press OK to confirm.

4. Automatic Station Scan (DAB/DAB+)

After language selection, the radio will typically initiate an automatic scan for DAB/DAB+ stations. This process may take a few minutes. Once complete, the radio will tune to the first available station.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the O/M button.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the O/M button until the display turns off. A short press of the O/M button will cycle through modes (DAB, FM, Bluetooth).

Mode Selection

Press the MODE button repeatedly to switch between DAB, FM, and Bluetooth modes.

DAB/DAB+ Radio Operation

1. Switch to DAB mode using the MODE button.
2. If no stations are found or you wish to rescan, navigate to the "Full Scan" option in the menu (usually accessed by pressing OK or a menu button) and confirm.
3. Use the left/right navigation buttons or the rotary knob to browse available stations. Press OK to select a station.
4. Saving Presets: While listening to a station, press and hold the FAV button or one of the numbered preset buttons (1-4) to save the current station. Follow on-screen prompts to assign a preset number (up to 20 DAB presets).
5. Recalling Presets: Short press the FAV button to access the preset list, then use navigation buttons to select. Alternatively, short press a numbered preset button (1-4) for direct access.

FM Radio Operation

1. Switch to FM mode using the MODE button.
2. Auto Scan: Press and hold the OK button to perform an auto scan for FM stations. The radio will scan and save available stations.
3. Manual Tuning: Use the left/right navigation buttons to fine-tune the frequency.
4. Saving Presets: Similar to DAB mode, press and hold the FAV button or a numbered preset button (1-4) to save the current FM station (up to 20 FM presets).
5. Recalling Presets: Short press the FAV button or a numbered preset button (1-4).

Bluetooth Mode Operation

Connect your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device to stream audio wirelessly.

1. Switch to Bluetooth mode using the MODE button. The radio will display "Bluetooth Pairing" or similar.
2. On your external device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices. Select "Mycket D009" (or similar name) from the list.
3. Once connected, the radio will indicate "Bluetooth Connected," and you can play audio from your device through the radio.

Alarm Function

The radio supports two independent alarms.

1. Access the alarm settings through the radio's menu. (Specific button for menu access may vary, typically OK or a dedicated menu button).
2. Select "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2" to configure.
3. Set the alarm time, source (DAB, FM, or Buzzer), frequency (daily, weekdays, weekends, once), and volume.

Sleep Timer

The sleep timer allows the radio to automatically turn off after a set period.

1. Access the sleep timer settings through the radio's menu.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the rotary knob located on the top of the radio. Rotate clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.

Display Settings

The 2.4-inch color display provides clear information. You can adjust display brightness through the system settings menu to suit your environment. The display may dim automatically after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
