• Important: Please clean both charging contacts of the earbud and charger seat, and remove sweat/corrosion on the side to avoid charging failure.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the headset is charged.
2. Turn on the headset by pressing and holding the Power On/Off button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available devices and select "G9" from the list.
5. Once connected, the headset's indicator light will turn off or flash blue slowly.

4.3 Dual Device Pairing

The G9 headset can connect to two devices simultaneously.

1. Pair the headset with the first device as described in section 4.2.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset will re-enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the headset with the second device.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset should automatically connect to both devices.

4.4 Wearing the Headset

• Choose the appropriate ear cap size (S, M, L) for the best fit.
• Adjust the retractable ear hook and rotate the flip-boom arm (180° or 360°) to position the microphone optimally towards your mouth.
• Ensure the earbud sits comfortably in your ear canal and the earhook rests securely over your ear.

5.1 Call Management

• Answer Call: Single press the Answer/Hang Up button.
• End Call: Single press the Answer/Hang Up button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Reject button for 2 seconds.
• Mute/Unmute Microphone: Single press the Mic Mute button during a call.
• Redial Last Number: Double press the Replay button.

5.2 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single press the Play/Pause button.
• Next Song: Long press the Volume + button.
