5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your ATOTOZONE CA-AEC122DL amplifier. It is compatible with select ATOTOZONE car stereos.
- Step 1: Connect Power Cable to Amplifier
Connect the 20-pin end of the 6.5ft/2m Power Cable to the corresponding port on the amplifier. Ensure a secure connection. - Step 2: Plug Wire Harness to Vehicle Interfaces
Plug the Wire Harness into port ① on the power cable, then connect the loose ends of the wire harness to your vehicle's original audio interfaces. - Step 3: Connect to ATOTOZONE Car Stereo
- For ATOTOZONE Car Stereos with 16-PIN Power Socket: Insert port ② of the power cable into the 16-pin power port of your ATOTO car stereo.
- For ATOTOZONE Car Stereos with 20-PIN Power Socket: Connect port ② of the power cable to the 16-pin end of the 16Pin-to-20Pin Adapter Cable. Then, plug the adapter's 20-pin end into your ATOTO car stereo.
- Step 4: Secure the Amplifier
Securely mount the amplifier in a suitable location, such as the glove compartment or under a seat. Ensure it is not exposed to excessive heat or moisture and has adequate ventilation.

Note: It is recommended to adjust the volume to 10-20 (peak 40) for the best sound quality. Avoid prolonged full volume (36-40/40) to prevent fuse burnout and potential damage to components.
