7. Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No sound output Microphone/receiver not powered on; low battery; incorrect connection; unpaired. Ensure all devices are powered on and charged. Check cable connections. Re-pair microphone and receiver. Verify audio device input is set correctly.
Interference/Static Other wireless devices nearby; operating outside range; frequency conflict. Move closer to the receiver. Change the microphone's operating frequency (refer to Section 5.2). Ensure no strong electromagnetic interference sources are nearby.
Short battery life Batteries not fully charged; aging batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before use. Consider replacing old 18650 batteries if performance degrades significantly.
Microphone volume too low/high Microphone volume setting; audio device volume setting. Adjust the volume using the microphone's SET buttons (Section 5.2). Adjust the volume on your connected audio device.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphone body and receiver. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
  • Battery Care: Always use the specified 18650 lithium batteries. Avoid overcharging or completely draining the batteries.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping the microphones or subjecting them to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.
