- Ensure batteries are fully charged before extended use for optimal performance.
7. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound output | Microphone/receiver not powered on; low battery; incorrect connection; unpaired. | Ensure all devices are powered on and charged. Check cable connections. Re-pair microphone and receiver. Verify audio device input is set correctly. |
| Interference/Static | Other wireless devices nearby; operating outside range; frequency conflict. | Move closer to the receiver. Change the microphone's operating frequency (refer to Section 5.2). Ensure no strong electromagnetic interference sources are nearby. |
| Short battery life | Batteries not fully charged; aging batteries. | Ensure batteries are fully charged before use. Consider replacing old 18650 batteries if performance degrades significantly. |
| Microphone volume too low/high | Microphone volume setting; audio device volume setting. | Adjust the volume using the microphone's SET buttons (Section 5.2). Adjust the volume on your connected audio device. |
8. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphone body and receiver. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Battery Care: Always use the specified 18650 lithium batteries. Avoid overcharging or completely draining the batteries.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the microphones or subjecting them to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.
