Battery Wear and Tear:
The durability of products, especially rechargeable batteries, is affected by usage. Normal wear and tear includes capacity loss due to factors like usage hours, charge/discharge cycles, charger type, operating temperatures, and charging practices. The following capacity loss for batteries is considered normal:
- After 6 months: Up to 10% loss
- After 15 months: Up to 20% - 30% loss
- After 24 months: Up to 45% loss
Any battery exhibiting symptoms different from those detailed in this manual will be inspected by the technical service. If after 24 months, the battery shows symptoms not covered by the normal wear description, it will be considered exempt from warranty, unless the customer can provide evidence of defects other than normal wear before the 24-month period.
