Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing the Canopy

• To open the canopy, locate the crank handle on the main pole. Turn the handle clockwise until the canopy is fully extended and taut.
• To close the canopy, turn the crank handle counter-clockwise until the canopy is fully retracted. Secure any ties or straps to keep the canopy neatly folded when not in use.

360° Rotation

• To rotate the umbrella, locate the foot pedal at the base of the main pole.
• Press down on the foot pedal to disengage the locking mechanism.
• Gently rotate the umbrella to the desired position.
• Release the foot pedal to lock the umbrella in place.

Multi-Angle Tilting

Canopy Care (Sunbrella Fabric)

• Deep Cleaning: For stubborn stains, a bleach solution (1 cup bleach per gallon of water) can be used on Sunbrella fabrics. Test in an inconspicuous area first. Rinse thoroughly.
• Mold/Mildew: For mold or mildew, prepare a solution of 1 cup bleach and 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of water. Apply to the fabric, allow to soak for 15 minutes, then clean with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly.
