3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Place the scale platform on a flat, stable, and level surface to ensure accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft or uneven surfaces.
- Position the remote display unit where it is easily visible and accessible.
3.2 Power Supply
The Fuzion LiftX scale can be powered by either AAA batteries or an AC adapter.
Battery Installation:
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale platform.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
AC Adapter Connection:
- Connect the AC adapter to the power port on the scale.
- Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To turn the scale ON, press the POWER button (
). The display will show "8888" and then "0.00" or "0.0". - To turn the scale OFF, press and hold the POWER button for a few seconds until the display turns off.
4.2 Weighing Items
- Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and powered on, displaying "0.00".
- Gently place the item to be weighed onto the center of the scale platform.
- Read the weight displayed on the remote LCD unit.
4.3 Mode Selection (Units)
The scale supports three weighing units: kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and pounds:ounces (lb:oz).
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the available units: kg → lb → lb:oz.
- The selected unit will be indicated on the display.

4.4 HOLD Function
The HOLD function allows you to lock the weight reading on the display, which is useful for weighing large or awkwardly shaped items that might obscure the display.
- Place the item on the scale platform.
- Once the weight stabilizes, press the HOLD button.
- The weight reading will be locked on the display, indicated by a "HOLD" icon.
- You can now remove the item and read the locked weight. Press HOLD again to release the reading.

4.5 TARE Function
The TARE function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so you can weigh only the contents.
- Place an empty container (e.g., a basket or box) on the scale platform.
- Wait for the weight to stabilize.
- Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.00".
- Now, place the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the net weight of the items.
- To clear the TARE function, remove the container from the scale and press TARE again.

4.6 Auto-Off Setting
The scale is equipped with an auto-off feature to conserve power. By default, the scale will turn off automatically after a period of inactivity. You can adjust or disable this setting:
- With the scale OFF, press and hold the MODE button.
- While holding MODE, press the POWER button to turn the scale ON.
- The display will show "0", "60", "180", or "300" (representing seconds for auto-off).
- Release the MODE button.
- Press MODE repeatedly to cycle through the auto-off times: 0 (disable auto-off), 60 seconds, 180 seconds, 300 seconds.
- Once your desired setting is displayed, press the POWER button to confirm and exit.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the scale platform and display unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
- Ensure the scale is dry before storage or next use.
5.2 Storage

- Display shows "O-Ld" (Overload):
