1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup

1. Assembly: Insert the handle into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Charging: Place the Shark HydroDuo onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts align. The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. Fully charge the unit before first use.
3. Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank from the main unit. Fill it with water up to the indicated 'WATER' line, then add Shark Multi-Surface Cleaning Solution Concentrate up to the 'CONCENTRATE' line. Securely close the tank and reinsert it into the unit.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button located on the handle to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Wet & Dry Debris Pickup

The Shark HydroDuo is designed to pick up both wet and dry debris simultaneously. Simply push the unit forward over the mess. The powerful suction and brushroll will collect debris while the cleaning solution mops the floor.

5.3 On-Demand Spray for Mopping

To mop your floors, press and hold the trigger on the handle to dispense cleaning solution. Release the trigger to stop dispensing. This allows you to control the amount of solution used for different types of messes.

5.4 Dirt-Reveal Technology

The integrated blue LED lights on the front of the cleaning head illuminate invisible debris, dust, and residue on your floors. This technology helps ensure no spot is missed during cleaning.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

After each use, remove the dirty water tank from the main unit. Carefully empty the contents into a sink or toilet. Rinse the tank with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinserting.

6.2 Cleaning the Brushroll

The Shark HydroDuo features a self-cleaning brushroll. For optimal performance, regularly remove the brushroll cover and clean any accumulated hair or debris. The brushroll can be easily removed for deeper cleaning.

6.3 Storing the Unit

After cleaning, place the unit back on its charging dock. Ensure the clean water tank is filled with solution for quick, grab-and-go cleaning next time.

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Place the unit on the charging dock and check the indicator lights.
• No solution dispensing: Check if the clean water tank is properly filled and seated. Ensure the trigger is being pressed.
• Poor suction/cleaning performance: Empty and clean the dirty water tank. Inspect and clean the brushroll for any obstructions or tangled debris. Ensure the brushroll cover is securely attached.
• Streaks on floor: Ensure you are using the recommended Shark Multi-Surface Cleaning Solution. Clean the brushroll and dirty water tank thoroughly.
