Setup and Installation

- Connect Suction Hose: Attach a suitable suction hose to the 1" NPT suction port. It is critical to install a foot valve (not included) at the end of the suction hose that will be submerged in the water source. This prevents backflow and helps maintain the pump's prime. Use PTFE tape on threaded connections to ensure a watertight seal.
- Connect Discharge Hose: Attach your discharge hose (e.g., garden hose using the provided 3/4" adapter) to the 1" NPT discharge port. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

- Before initial use, or if the pump has run dry, the pump must be primed.

- Replace the priming plug securely.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the pump into a grounded 115V AC power outlet.
Operating Instructions
Once the pump is properly installed and primed, follow these steps for operation:
- Verify Connections: Double-check all hose connections and electrical connections for security and absence of leaks.
- Ensure Water Source: Confirm that the foot valve on the suction hose is fully submerged in the water source.
