3. Setup

Charging the Unit:

1. Place the charging dock on a flat, stable surface near a wall outlet.
2. Plug the charging adapter into the wall outlet.
3. Place the WANDVAC unit onto the charging dock. Ensure the contacts on the vacuum align with the contacts on the dock. The LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the unit is charging.

Emptying the Dust Cup:

The WANDVAC features a one-touch empty mechanism for hygienic debris disposal.

1. Position the vacuum over a trash receptacle.
2. Press the One-Touch Empty button () located on the handle. The dust cup will open, releasing debris.
3. Close the dust cup until it clicks securely.

Cleaning the Filter:

Regular filter cleaning ensures optimal suction performance.

1. After emptying the dust cup, remove the filter housing by sliding it out.
2. Tap the filter lightly over a trash receptacle to remove any loose dust and debris.
3. Rinse the filter with water only. Do not use soap.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating methods.
5. Reinstall the dry filter into the housing and slide it back into the vacuum unit.
