5.2 App Installation & Connection

- Turn on the BEBIRD R37R device by pressing and holding the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Open the BEBIRD app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Go to your device's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network named 'BEBIRD-XXXX' (where XXXX is a unique identifier for your device). No password is usually required.
- Return to the BEBIRD app. The device should automatically connect, and you will see a live view from the camera.
6. Operation
6.1 Using the Ear Cleaner
- Ensure the appropriate silicone tip or attachment is securely fastened to the device.
- Gently insert the device into the ear canal while observing the live feed on your connected smartphone/tablet.
- Use the chosen attachment (tweezers, scooper, ring, or sponge) to carefully remove earwax or debris. Always move slowly and deliberately.
- If the image appears inverted, use the mirror function within the app to rotate the view 180° for easier manipulation.
- Do not force the device or apply excessive pressure. If you encounter resistance, withdraw the device and re-evaluate.

6.2 Photo & Video Recording
The BEBIRD app allows you to capture photos and record videos of your ear canal during use. This feature is useful for monitoring changes over time or sharing with a medical professional if needed.
- While in live view, locate the camera icon (for photos) or video icon (for recording) within the app interface.
- Tap the respective icon to capture a photo or start/stop video recording.
- Captured media will be saved directly to your smartphone's gallery or within the app's dedicated media section.
7. Maintenance & Care
7.1 Cleaning the Device
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your device:
